This website describes FixeraTech’s WordPress care services. The final scope, onboarding requirements, support arrangements, and billing terms are agreed with each customer before service begins. Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid subscription.
Monthly plans
Published prices are in US dollars. Hosting, premium software licenses, applicable taxes, and separately scoped work are not included unless expressly agreed. Contact us before your next billing cycle to arrange a change or cancellation.
Access and responsibilities
Customers must be authorized to grant access to the website and provide accurate information needed to perform the work. Credentials should be exchanged only through a secure method agreed during onboarding.
Website changes and recovery
Maintenance reduces risk but cannot prevent every security incident, outage, or incompatibility. Backup availability and recovery options depend on the agreed setup. Service response targets, if any, must be confirmed in writing.
